The course is focused and thorough. Kyle is a very good teacher with vast experience, who clearly communicates theoretical and practical knowledge. He observes carefully to confirm that students' blood draws are safe. The handbook had some inaccuracies, however.

Great hands on learning and instruction. Real world information and application to the current industry standards. You can read about the skills all you want, but nothing beats hands on application and teaching.
